Sailed Shoreham on the after-work shift. Gash conditions (cold overcast waveless chopfest) but the wind was good so I got the chance to christen my new waveboard. Mmmm I like. Quick to plane, fast and consequently a great jumper but also really loose, nippy and grippy in the turns. Had great fun slashing it round tight fully planing strap-to-strappers on the outside chop and I even managed a couple of dry inside tacks in spite of it feeling a tad smaller than my old RRD. It seems to do everything I want from my smallest shingly board and I've got a feeling there will be great times on it in bigger powered up dtl. Can't wait to test it in waves.
